JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody since 8.4.2018, seek bail in Gandhi Maidan PS Case No. 130 of 2018 (Special Case No. 31 of 2018) registered under Section 27 of the NDPS Act. The allegation in brief is that from the room of the Rest House booked by the petitioner 10 grams of ganja and 10 packets of citrates filled with ganja were recovered from that room of the Rest House.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that recovery is from the Guest House and the petitioners have no concern with this, however the recovered ganja is only 40 grams and 5 packets of cigarettes and total weight is very small.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Vibhanshu Kumar and Kumar Raushan are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Patna in connection Gandhi Maidan PS Case No. 130 of 2018 (Special Case No. 31 of 2018).
