2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 624 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(AB)/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 14 years old girl is alleged to have been raped by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 15.09.2023.

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
