The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that as per allegation, 135 pouches each containing 200 ml litres of country-made liquor were allegedly recovered from the house of the petitioners. Petitioners claims that they are having clean antecedent and are in custody since 15.07.2017.

No.39260 of 2017(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Town (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 469 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
