Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gardanibagh PS Case No.77 of 2018, registered under Sections 417/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of impersonation and similarly situated other co-accused have been admitted to bail by this Court as well as by other coordinate Benches of this Court and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Braj Bhushan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
