This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) and direction(s) especially the writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities not to disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 28 Khesra No. 1032 total area 3.75 acres (3 acres and 75 decimals) land situated at Mauza- Chunmaraydih, Tauji No. 332, Thana- Chakai (now Chandramandih), Thana No. 33, Pargana-Chakai, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.5039 of 2025(2) dt.07-04-2025 2/3 Munger (now Jamui) over which the ancestor of the petitioner namely Mithu Mahto and now the petitioner has been residing constructing house over some part of the land and cultivating over the rest part of the abovementioned land having peaceful possession for more than 80 years having created Jamabandi No. 27.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 18.01.2025 through the speed post to the District Magistrate, Jamui which is pending for adjudication. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the respondent No. 2, the Collector, Jamui for redressal of his grievance.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the respondent No. 2, the Collector, Jamui within two weeks.

6. On filing the representation by the petitioner within two weeks, the respondent No. 2, the Collector, Jamui, after
