JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, dated 31.01.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 384, 353 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioners were soliciting

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16968 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 subscription for performing Saraswati Puja when they have been made accused in this case.

The petitioners are students and do not have criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforesaid facts including the accusation against the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
