2. After few arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that several representation were filed by the petitioner, but the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed in spite of the fact that he has deposited all the
Patna High Court CWJC No.18188 of 2021(3) dt.04-02-2023 2/3 amount payable by him as per the O.T.S. Scheme amounting to Rs. One Lakh.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Bihar State Housing Board submitted that he has no instruction, however, in the light of the application made by the petitioner his application will be considered by the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, within a period of three months.

Considering the rival submission made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed application before the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, who shall pass a reasoned order and if any amount is still required to be paid by the petitioner, the same may be calculated and serve to the petitioner and thereafter, any petition is filed by the petitioner, the same should be entertained in accordance with law. The Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, must ensure that the Revenue Officer gives the details of the payment payable by the petitioner, who has claimed that entire dues has been paid pursuant to One Time Settlement (OTS) by 23.01.2014. The Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, is directed to pass reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of the application filed by the petitioner.
