Smt. Asha Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2018 The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ayar P.S.Case No. 41 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that petitioner is distantly related with the deceased's husband and he is maternal father-in-law of the deceased living in different village and wife of the petitioner as well as mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased have been admitted to bail by the co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 26393 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 14777 of 2018 respectively.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rajendra Sharma, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017.
