The petitioner filed this writ petition for appropriate valuation of his land and grant of compensation for acquisition of land bearing Plot No.498, Khata No.87, situated in Mauza Katihar, District Katihar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner never received any notice after issuance of gazette
Patna High Court CWJC No.4572 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 notification under Section 3A of the N.H.A.I. Act. The petitioner filed petition before the Project Director and the Project Director, N.H.A.I. by Annexure-9 sent back the representation of the petitioner to the Land Acquisition Authority, Katihar for consideration and order.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as N.H.A.I. submit that they have got no objection if the petitioner appears and his objection is considered in accordance with law by the Land Acquisition Authority.
Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Land Acquisition Authority and file detailed representation with regard to the nature and valuation of the land. The Land Acquisition Authority shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within three months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
