Patna High Court CWJC No.3885 of 2023(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 no. 6 to 9 under Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and after hearing the parties pass an appropriate order removing the encroachment made over public land being used as public land and he wants to build a public road on the gairmajarua land which is Khata No. 23 and Khesra No. 3126, on amongst others the following."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ramgarhwa, District-East Champaran at Motihari for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
