This is an application for regular bail in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 233 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against petitioner is of recovery of a double barrel gun and five live cartridges from the possession of petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has clean antecedent and is in custody since 13.04.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No. 233 of 2017.
