JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody since 7.3.2018, seeks bail in Bettiah Town PS Case No. 883 of 2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the petitioner, Manager of the Petrol Pump of the informant, did not deposit sale proceed of one day amounting to rupees five lakh and odd, on checking book of accounts there was interpolation and misappropriation of three lakh rupees.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that no such misappropriation has been done by the petitioner, has falsely been implicated on account of salary dispute, he too has lodged a complaint case in this regard though subsequently to filing of the present case, he is in custody since 7.3.2018 and he has no criminal antecedent except one case also instituted by the present informant. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Rakesh Mishra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
