The petitioner has approached this Court through the present writ petition seeking issuance of writ of habeas corpus for declaring the order of remand dated 26.1.2020, illegal, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nawada, whereby the petitioner has been remanded to judicial custody in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 registered under Sections 323,341,307 and 504/34 of the IPC; subsequently,
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.327 of 2020(2) dt.01-05-2020 2/2 Section 302 of the IPC was also added. Hence, the consequential relief of release of the petitioner has also been prayed for.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to avail alternative remedy available under the law.
Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforementioned.
