This is an application seeking quashing of the FIR of Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 dated 12.04.2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 386, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(X) of the S.C. and S.T. Act. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Jha, learned Advocate for the petitioner on instructions submits that in this case charge sheet has already been submitted.
