1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.I. For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents/restraining the respondents, not to construct road and puliya (small bridge) over the land of the petitioner, appertaining to Khata No.192, Khesra No.622, Area 2 katha, situated at Mauza-Marasi Anchal, Beldaur, District-Khagaria.

II. For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to remove the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5405 of 2020(3) dt.17-10-2024 2/2 encroachment made over the land of the petitioner and further not disturb the possession of the petitioner.

III. For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to pay appropriate compensation to the petitioner for damaging the property of the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Khagaria, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Khagaria, within a period of four weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Khagaria, shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
