The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that financial irregularities were committed in Barap Gram Panchayat with regard to the funds of the 4th Financial planning to the tune of Rs. 1,600,80/-. The basic accusation is with regard to irregularities committed in installation of solar light. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the solar lights were purchased in pursuance of the decision of the Aam Sabha of the Panchayat dated 02.10.2013.

Considering the fact that the First Information

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19890 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 Report suggests about only the irregularities and petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Agion (Garahani) P.S.
