2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366 of Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely Sharmila devi alleged that on 11.03.2024 , her daughter went

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14972 of 2025(3) dt.07-04-2025 2/3 to school but did not return home . During search , informant learned that all the accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped her on pretext of marriage .

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged. As a matter of fact, there was love affairs between the daughter of informant and co-accused Himanshu Kumar and out of love both of them left their house without giving any information to the family members. Petitioners have been made accused in this case merely because they happen to be parent of co-accused Himanshu Kumar against whom there is specific accusation of kidnapping the daughter of informant. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case
