Patna High Court MJC No.762 of 2019 dt.11-09-2019 2/2 behalf of the opposite parties no. 2 and 7, there is no willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in CWJC No. 846 of 2016.

3. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off.
