The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that vide order dated 06.02.2023, the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected. While passing that order, some mistaken fact has been mentioned. As a matter of fact, the petitioner did not appear in third shift of the examination, but one Pankaj Kumar had appeared in third shift of the examination, whereas, the petitioner appeared only in second shift of the examination.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.19553 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2023 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
