Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22198 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points at the stage of framing of charge. Leave is granted.
