The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 120(B), 323, 341, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that co-accused, Nandu Paswan, Amarjeet Paswan and Bodhi Paswan hired his tractor on condition to pay installments to the finance company. The petitioners are alleged to have come along with the accused persons who had hired the tractor but the accused persons did not pay the installments causing huge loss to the informant. It is submitted that co-accused, Nandu Paswan, Amarjeet Paswan and Bodhi Paswan, who hired the tractor have

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15416 of 2016 (2) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5950 of 2016. The petitioners did not hire the tractor and informant is brother-in-law of petitioner, Gayatri Devi. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda) in Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
