It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2017 passed in this case but in the satisfaction portion of the said order, it seems that P.S. case No. has inadvertently been typed as it should have been Jhajha P.S. case No. 33 of 2017, whereat it has been typed as Jhajha P.S. Case No. 331 of 2017.

In view of the submission, satisfaction portion of order dated 22.08.2017 is modified to the extent that P.S. Case No. be read as Jhajha P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 Let this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
