Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct for restoration of the aforesaid Criminal Miscellaneous No. 3795 of 2020 to its original file, subject to removal of the defects within a period of four weeks from today as also subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
