Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 341 of 2018 arising out of Kadwa (Balia Belon) P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018 registered under Sections 394, 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on perusal of Annexure-2 to the bail application, it appears that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 52644 of 2018 on 17.09.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2018.
