JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 09-04-2019 A minor punishment of withholding of two increments with cumulative effect and censure for the period 2011-12 under order dated 30.05.2016 is sought to be assailed by I.A. No. 6563 of 2016.
The petitioner has adequate remedy under Rule 24(2) of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control &
Patna High Court CWJC No.6906 of 2015 dt.09-04-2019 2/2 Appeal) Rules, 2005 wherein it is open to the petitioner to prefer a review by way of memorial against the said order. The petitioner should prefer his remedy under the said provisions within eight weeks from today. In the event such an application is filed, the authority would be obliged to consider the same in accordance with law without raising the issue of review being barred by delay.
Writ petition stands disposed off.
