In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.71 of 2019, arising from Case No. NCB/PZU/V/20/2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 20, 25, 27A & 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. A truck bearing Registration no.BR 06GC 8326 was intercepted and on search, 290 Kg. of brown colour substance believed to be Ganja was recovered from the said truck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither the owner of the truck nor he was present at the spot, nor he was going with the truck, but his name has

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
