The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachati(Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution is that on 20.04.2017 the informant was going on his motorcycle for taking diesel and in between four boys variously armed snatched his motorcycle and also took a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand). Later on, the petitioner was arrested on suspicion after the villager of the informant had pointed out about his implication in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45676 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner, he has a clean antecedent and in languishing in custody since 03.06.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that this is a fit case in which the petitioner should be released on bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachati (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2017. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) khushbu/- U T
