JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 14.11.2011, contained in Memo No. 370 dated 14.11.2011, passed in Appeal No. 146/2010 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Nalanda at Biharsharif. Permission is accorded.
