Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the police after investigation submitted charge-sheet under sections 341, 323, 354, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that the police submitted chargesheet under sections 341, 323, 354, 308 and 504/34 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25138 of 2018(2) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 Indian Penal Code and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Chandan (Anandpur) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
