2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 13.12.2019 passed in Excise Case No. 224 of 2019 by the learned Additional District Judge-II, Sheikhpura by which the learned Judge has directed for framing of charge.
3. The petitioner had not filed any application for discharge and thereafter he has simply filed present application, challenging the charges which have been framed against him.
4. From the prosecution report, it appears that the petitioner is involved in the manufacturing of the illicit liquor. Utensils and other material used in the manufacturing of the illicit liquor have been recovered.

5. In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to interfere with the impugned order.
