The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 364 /34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. Only fact, which has come against the petitioner, is that he was seen talking with other co-accused persons and he also participated in disappearance of the dead-body. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2021.

However, learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of petitioner. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above
