2. The present application has been filed for restoring C.W.J.C. No. 8478 of 2023 which stood dismissed for default for non-compliance of the per-emptory order dated dated 01.08.2023.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of personal difficulty, the petitioner could not remove the defects as pointed out by the Office within time due to which the case has been dismissed.

4. In this view of the matter, the present M.J.C. No. 692/2024 is hereby allowed and C.W.J.C No. 8478/2023 is directed to be restored to its original file and number.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to comply the order dated 01.08.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8478 of 2023 within two weeks otherwise it shall again be directed to be dismissed without further reference to a Bench.

6. Accordingly, the present M.J.C. application stands disposed off.
