2. The petitioner is a Block Teacher, who is aggrieved by the action of the respondent no. 7 - the Block Education Officer, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in not allowing the petitioner to join at Upgraded Middle School, Dhepura, Dalsingsarai.

3. Since the petitioner is a Block Teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and

Patna High Court CWJC No. 3919 of 2023(8) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty.
