2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. To quash the notices issued to these petitioners by the Circle Officer, Basopatti, District-Madhubani (Respondent No. 7).

II. To direct the respondent-Authorities not to acquire the Khatiyani land of the petitioners. III. Any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are entitled."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners requests for disposal of the present writ application
