Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/342/323/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant has alleged in his written complaint that the petitioners assaulted his friend Dhiraj Kumar Singh and thereafter they called his another friend Prateek Verma and when he came to their rescue, petitioners also assaulted them

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33087 of 2021(2) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 and, thereafter, he was taken to Paras hospital for treatment. It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners that allegations are false and concocted and informant and his friends used to tease petitioner no.4 (granddaughter of petitioner no.1) and when she protested, informant and his friends assaulted the petitioners and his family for which Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 112/2020 under Sections 341//323/304/34 of the Indian Penal Code was instituted and present case is counter blast to the aforesaid case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No.113 / 20 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
