The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 325, 323, 379 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault upon the informant due to which, he sustained injury as well as loot of gold and cash of Rs.3700/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and no stolen articles were recovered from any of the miscreants along with the petitioner. Petitioner has clean

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 363 of 2021 (G.R.No. 3299 of 2021), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
