1. Even though, learned counsel for the petitioner has argued on the merits of the case at length, when this Court has expressed that there is nothing perverse or wrong with the letter dated 26.09.2022 written by the Corporation impugned in the present writ petition, the learned counsel has stated that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the Corporation for either revival of the retail outlet or for resitement of the retail outlet.
2. Therefore, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the above made submissions, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5045 of 2023(5) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 petitioner is permitted to make a representation with regard to his proposal for either revival or resitement of the retail outlet within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the Corporation is free to consider the same on its own merits and pass necessary orders. Any order passed shall be communicated to the petitioner.
3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
