2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bharatkhand P.S. Case No. 05 of 2025, registered for offences under Section 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that the victim and the petitioner are in a relationship and they have got married. This fact has also come in the statement of the victim girl recorded in the court below.

4. Learned APP for the State as well as informant have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. This application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Magistrate that he will verify the submission of the petitioner from the statement of the victim girl recorded in the court below and if he finds that the victim girl has said that she
