The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1060/2019 registered for the offence under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13247 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 Sections 341/323/354/384/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case and counter case have been filed between the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no. 1 has filed Complaint Case No. 69/2020 and in retaliation these petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus demand of rangdari and no theft has been committed.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1060/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
