2. The present application has been filed for restoring C.W.J.C. No. 8469 of 2023 which stood dismissed for default vide order dated 01.08.2023 on the ground of non appearance of counsel for the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of personal difficulty, the concerned advocate of the petitioner could not appear before the Court on the said date on which the case has been called, in result it was dismissed.

4. In this view of the matter, the present M.J.C. No. 672
