04-05-2018 Heard Sri Alok Kumar Alok, learned counsel assisted by Sri Virendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ganesh Prasad Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Majorganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph -10 of the petition to show that petitioner is not relative of the husband of the deceased, rather he was a co-villager. He further submits that only one offence is made out in the F.I.R. that he participated in the cremation of the dead body and as such, only

Be that as it may, considering the fact that petitioner is co-villager and having no relation with the husband of the deceased, let the petitioner namely Rangrup Ram @ Ramrup Ram be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018.
