2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 759 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C. lodged on 17.12.2023 by the informant, Rajiv Kumar Ray.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that in petty matter of the child, as she was assaulted, the wife informed the informant whereafter taking all the business amount of around Rs. 10,000/- when he was returning home, these accused persons intercepted him as much as by an erickshaw, Madan Mohan Ray hit the motorcycle and due to said

No.20450 of 2024(2) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 accident, he fell on the road whereafter the accused persons gave bricks blow to him and the amount was also snatched, when the wife came upon hearing the beating of the informant, they also assaulted and outraged her modesty. The locals took him to the Patory's Government Hospital and once he regained his consciousness, the FIR.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to impress upon this Court that they are agnates and there is case and counter-case.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer stating that a bare perusal of the FIR would show that how brutally he has been assaulted.
6. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioners seek bail.
7. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioners stands rejected.
