It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that vide order dated 06.09.2017 passed in this case, petitioners were granted the privilege of regular bail, however, in the said order parentage of both the petitioners have wrongly been mentioned as it should have been Md. Tufail, Son of Md. Rustam and Md. Mister, Son of Md. Sufail, whereas it has been typed as Md. Tufail, Son of Md. Ruslam and Md. Mister, Son of Md. Tufail.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 06.09.2017 is modified to the extent that name of the father of the petitioners be read as Md. Rustam and Md. Sufail, respectively.
