2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have killed his wife for demand of dowry.

4. The marriage was performed on 29.11.2021 and the deceased has been killed within a year. Petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2023.

5. Considering the fact that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed his wife within a short span of marriage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. This application for regular bail is dismissed.
