No.16536 of 2014, Mr. Ashish Giri, learned Counsel, has submitted that the said petitioners have already filed a petition for review of the order, dated 22.06.2015, whereunder the writ petition, namely C.W.J.C. No.16536 of 2014, was disposed of.

Appearing on behalf of the appellants The State of Bihar and another, in L.P.A. No.887 of 2016, Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned Government Pleader No.5, has submitted that as the writ petitioners have already filed a review petition, the appellants are not inclined to press this Appeal and the same may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty given to the appellants to approach this Court with appropriate application/appeal/review petition, in future, if situation so warrants, and also take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made on behalf of the appellants.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty
