Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others were apprehended alongwith a stolen motorcycle. Petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2018.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23325 of 2018 (2) dt.24-04-2018 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case No.42 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
