Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of twenty-eight litres of liquor. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 28.12.2020. Investigation of the case against the petitioner is already complete. Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
