The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., the allegation against the petitioner is of assault with lathi on the head of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the Doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
