JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions to fill the promotional quota posts of Bihar Agriculture Service Category-1 (Agro) Cadre in the light of statutory provisions as contained in Bihar Agriculture Service Category-1 (Agro) Cadre (Appointment, Promotion and Service Conditions) Rules 2014 whereby and whereunder the respondents by acted in arbitrary manner they are not filling the promotional quota posts since the year 2014 although they have filled up the post of direct appointment quota since

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
