JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for OP No.2. At an earlier occasion petitioner along with Ramesh Singh @ Chain Singh jointly prayed for grant of anticipatory bail under Cr.Misc.No.47989/2014 which was rejected on account of concealment of fact at the end of Ramesh Singh regarding criminal antecedent.
So far as present petitioner is concerned, it has specifically been averred regarding absence of criminal antecedent.
By way of supplementary affidavit, a genealogical table has been furnished wherefrom it is apparent that petitioner happens to be own nephew of informant who happens to be issueless. Learned counsel for the OP No.2 fairly concedes to this

Taking into account the nature of allegation, wherein petitioner is said to have threatened the informant regarding withdrawal of a case, petitioner, Mantosh Kumar Singh @ Mantosh Kumar, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Town) PS Case No. 375/2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
